Ibnalnafis (Damascus- Syr. 1213/ 1288) is an investigator scientist he focus on the environmental factors which affect the human body and lead to alter the Physiological mechanisms he was an encyclopedic scientist: philosopher, medicine, Physiologist, and herbalist....

Ibnalnafis from the earlier whom applied the taraxacum officinalis in the treatment of cancer, in addition he invents hundreds of herbal preparations for the treatment of many diseases.

This success was based on the fact that ibnalnafis was one of the biggest physiologists in the history. He was the first one who describes the puls and uses it as a clinical indicator.

At the same time he discover the pulmonary circulation (several centuries before Harvey) this fact conserved in Berlin library under the number (62243) {alkanon/ in Arabic the law/ anatomy explication } and the discussion of this discovery held in the doctorate letter in Freiberg university from Germany.

The historian George saraton included this information in his book (introduction to the history of civilization) after some discussions with the German orientalist meierhov.
